They advertise they ship the same day. An order I placed a week ago, with all items in-stock, has not yet shipped.
A message I sent a few days ago, asking as to the order status, has gone unanswered.
I sent a message just now, requesting to cancel the order. We'll see if they answer this one, and if I am charged a cancellation fee even though the order is still listed as "Awaiting fulfillment" and has apparently not shipped yet.
I know, I know, we've all been spoiled by Amazon ... but promising a service, not delivering on it, and then not replying to a customer asking what's going on? Not acceptable to this consumer.
