I mistakenly ordered the wrong caliber while trying to order 9mm rounds on March 16, 2020, I immediately noticed the mistake and called the following day at 10:04 am to cancel, I chatted with an agent (Vanessa) but the chat disconnected when I asked that the order be canceled, I also left a message , I got a response at 10:34 am that a request will be submitted and another one at 2:04 pm starting that the order was already shipped, i received an email on March 18 stating that the item were shipped on that day, I then received another email on the 19th stating that items may take an extra 7 days to be shipped because if the Corona virus.
