Terrible experience, I was originally told by the customer service representative that it would take 7-10 days to ship my items. Fast forward to 14 days later, I was told it would be another few days before it would ship. I then asked for this order to be cancelled because I could get it faster through someone else, and was told the request would be submitted and that they would follow up with me. Now, fast forward 29 days after I submitted my order and 15 days after I had asked for the order to be canceled. I receive an email stating my items have been shipped. I reached out to find out if this was an error and apparently it was not, and now I am being told my order cannot be canceled but I can reject the package for store credit. This company is ridiculous and this has been the worst experience I have had with any company within the 2A community. I now have to figure out a way to reject a package that is being sent to our apartments automated mail room. I don't see this being resolved in the near future and I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.
