I ordered 12 boxes of shotgun shells. 2 packages were sent, one had 2 boxes in it. I received that. The other? With 10 boxes in it (why was it split up?) got damaged in shipment- never received it. You tell me that I must wait until FedEx takes their sweet time getting back to you about MY shipment that I PAID for that YOU won't REPLACE until the "shipper gets back to you".
YOUR customer service SUCKS!!!! Will NEVER order again from you!!!
I should have had my product replaced and YOU wait on FedEx!!!!
