Very pathetic service. Ordered a key board on 21st Jan. Received on 14th Jan and was returned it as the product was different.
Refund process initiated on the 22nd Feb and upon following up till now the reply is -Problem with payment gateway and the refund will be processed soon.
Does it take so much time to refund.
