I think -1 I can rate it. Customers should be first but they don't like it. I got the wrong item and requested to ship the correct item, the support staffing we will do the QA and then resend it in another 15 days to reach. what is the point if you cannot handle a straightforward process? firstly you're mistaken sending an incorrect item then on top of it demanding to follow your process.
