Pathetic service is an understatement for Vlebazaar. I had ordered a Boat Rockers headset. What got delivered was a completely different model in a damaged condition. I was asked to share the pics.
I have contacted them 5 time (twice via IVR and thrice updated the ticket asking for an update). Absolutely no response what so ever.
