Placed an order on 4th of September with payment done. Till today I did not receive the item. I I contacted the representatives over phone 3 times. All the time i got the reply that I wold be receiving the item within 2 or 3days. On the last call I was informed that on October 3rd definitely i will receive it. Still no sign of getting the item
