My Order id: #2652759 and ticket number as SBU-9Q5-GBDD. I have been sent a wrong product. Now i am requested to use that product on the grounds of returning me Rs. 100. I dont want to use that one. Now my call is being neglected and every time i call, i am being told their network is not working and that i should call after 30 minutes. This is clear fraud.
