I have ordered APC ups and they sent a broken peice then I had replaced it but they are saying they will replace in 24 hours and every time I am calling they are saying the same thing. It's almost a month and they didn't replace my ups. I have not seen this kind of worst customer support till now. I am feeling so much harashment by calling again and again. I will never ever purchase any thing from this site even if they give 100% discount.
