Highly disappointing company.
Not recommended.
Customer Service agents are untrained or under trained as they are unable to solve the queries of the customer.
Order placed on 11th June of HP Cartridge 703. Was informed that the product will be delivered within 3-5 days. Called on 16th June (5 days after placing the order), informed again that it will be delivered within 2 days i.e. 18th June. Called today, now I am told that the product is unavailable, however it is very much available on their site.
