This company is a total fraud and their owner Himanshu Agarlwal is a cheat. I had ordered a UPS from them. First and foremost they took almost 45 days to deliver the product after repeated calls and emails. The APC UPS that was delivered did not work from day one. Its been 22 days since i lodged the complaint for a defective product, no action has been taken!
