I purchased a biometrics device from an e-commerce site in the Gurugram location. But when the e-commerce site could not dispatch the device for 11 days, I canceled my order and the payment for which I had made. A request was lodged for its refund. But till now, I have not received any refund. Whenever I call the number given on the e-commerce site, sometimes I am given a further date of two days or one day, and no response is given to the emails.
