My latest purchase was custom made without a modesty panel in a fabric that was not available for selection in the product listing even though it was mentioned in the product description (standard black satin, nothing special). A quick chat via Live Chat and was advised to request the fabric and without modesty panel under special instruction. Forwarded the order confirmation to Vollers to re-affirmed my special requests and immediately received a reply from its MD. 4 hours later I received a text informing me the corset was on its way to be delivered the following day.
