I ordered Voom because i love this device. So i ordered direct on the Website. They told me UPS Delivery is extra charge (no problem for me because i love express). After days i got a message from UPS "cant be delivered because not allowed for private people in Cyprus". Ok i wrote Voom Support. They want to recall the package and refund. now 3-4 weeks Later, no resposnce to 3 Mails, no Refund. Latest Call from me to them. They told me, they didnt have the parcel and i get the refund only after the parcel is back in their Warehouse. For me it sounds SCAM the Customer.
