After I attempted for a month to get my money back from them, they stopped responding to my emails. Before all of this, the allocated staff used to email and call me at least once every week. I had to contact M A D A C O V I.X Y Z for assistance because everything ended so abruptly. Thank goodness, they helped me get my money back.
