After I tried for a month to get my money back, they stopped replying to my emails. Before all of this, the assigned personnel would email and call me at least once a week. I needed assistance from C*_*O*_*N*_*C*_*E*_*P*_*T*_*S*_*T*_*R D.C*_*O due to the abrupt end of events. Thank goodness they helped me get my money back.
