I learned that there is a fee on the withdrawal amount if you don't trade with them after depositing the funds! Despite the fact that my case was valid, customer service did not respond upon my request even after a few exchange emails. I would have lost the account and all of my money if k E Z O O K had not stepped in.
I would have been deeply in debt if it weren't for my rescue and receiving my entire refund.
