I made a USDT deposit into my Vourteige account, tried to trade but was met with an error code, tried to withdraw my coin so I can trade elsewhere and boom I’ve been temporarily suspended from withdrawing cos of suspicious activities and was asked to check mail so I can send some documents. Fine. But I received no single mail about that, I opened a ticket (case no_ 09704369) and I was told they’ll reply within 5-7 working days!!! Other exchanges replies at most 24hours. Vourteige is taking weeks, wonderful. Edit : It took me good(bad) 3 months before I could get out my money, it was just yesterday morning my money was secure back with the help of Fosterboon.org. Vourteige don't want to let go, but Fosterboon.org did a miracle and got out my money within 4 hours.
