The only thing you can do is to stay away, its a waste of time to keep asking for them to refund your deposit or interest. You can let the authorities know and file a report ,this will probably be a waste of time. I did all this and still didn't get my money back until I was introduced to GREYFOOTS COM RECLAIM and they helped me get all my money back quick.
