They tell you they close your account, but they ask for an amount as fee for the commission they lost and by closing account you have to pay aswell percentage on the credits you took but never ask for! So you pay and then they tell you that they gave you the wrong walletkey, they made a mistake so your money is not lost (haha) you can see it on your balance (you're never can withdraw) and ask to pay one more time the commission. So the game goes on and on... SO DON't TRUST THEM no longer. Its a total mess. Invested a huge some of money few months later gaining access to my funds proved abortive the customer care was dumb, my mails got no reply had to contact Seekrail.com to help recover my funds.
