Website ordering and customer service were super easy and responsive. Various boxes were delivered promptly (2wks) to suit my availability, which contained everything I needed to DIY install. After reinforcing the beam above the door, because they hang, the installation instructions were very easy to follow and proved precise. Very satisfying installation job for a competent DIYer.
