I really like your products and the delivery was very timely. However returning items is not a great experience. Since you have to use the US post office in order to get the free return it slows down receiving your credit tremendously as I am still waiting a week later for the “agent” to pick my return up from the post office. Even if you have to charge a fee you should let customers have the choice of free USPS or a UPS smart label.
