The interaction with the website, items on the website, and the customer service are beyond reproachable. I have nothing negative to say about that.
The only remark I might have concern pants for men. In some, the material is a little too harsh and too rigid. In my opinion, the quality of the pants would be even better if the cotton material is softer or if 5% or so of it is spandex or nylon to give the pants more stretching capabilities.
