I would give a 5-star as the rep said she would solve my problem and sounded like she would do whatever it took to solve my issue. The issue, ordering a shirt 3 times and the inside tag does not match the outside tag, but right after my call, I received an email with different info not solving my problem, so I moved my review to a 2-star .
now I am confused how to move forward.
