Your staff at your Union Street store in San Francisco are very inattentive and aloof. This is not the first time this has occurred. They are in customer service and in today’s fiduciary climate with gas prices rising, grocery prices rising, and travel costs rising, anyone in the service industry including retail, restaurant, airlines, etc. should be bending over backwards to make sure our in-store experience is a positive one. These snotty girls that you had working yesterday morning were unengaging, unenthusiastic, with no eye contact or smile. And…no greeting upon walking in. I was the only one in the store! Going back to Lululemon. Your management team’s staff training or lack thereof needs to be revisited.
