USPS came to my door on Tuesday wanting me to pay $53 for additional postage on the package. Apparently not enough postage was used. Not sure what happened because the item was only $35. I suspect the large box used cost more than they anticipated it would because it’s a wide brimmed hat. I had USPS return to sender and now I have to call customer service to sort this situation out.
