I love Vuori, however, it is pretty ridiculous that there is no such thing as a direct exchange. I was gifted a shirt by a friend. Tags on, I took it to Vuori for a different size. I got the same shirt, same, color, just in a different size. However, the price was different from the order, so I had to pay the difference, just to get a different size in the exact same shirt. That is a bizarre practice and discourages me from gifting someone Vuori. I do not want to give a gift that my loved one then has to pay more for because they need a different size. Also, please make longer tops! Not everyone wants short, cropped tops.
