The product came promptly and the return process was easy. The only problem I had was with check-out when I purchased my items. I kept getting an error code saying that my order couldn't be processed at that time. I was on my laptop trying to place the order and ended up having to log in using my phone. The two accounts wouldn't link so I had to re-enter all the items into my cart and place my order on my phone, not my computer.
