My order went from So Cal, where I live, to Austin Texas. I had discussions with 3 different customer service reps on 3 different days, all promising to get back to me with status of my order. Nobody ever got back to me until it landed back in So Cal. It's bad enough my order was waylayed, but to get empty promises from your company is something else. This was my first purchase and will be my last.
