When I made my order, I immediately realized that I had entered to incorrect shipping address. Within seconds of this happening, I emailed Vuori explaining what had happened. This was after hours. The following morning, I got an email saying that it was too late to change the address, the product was already out for shipping.
I should have gotten my order April 30, today is May 3rd and still nothing. On the shipping details, it says that my "order has encountered a problem". So, I am pretty disappointed about how this was handled.
