I ordered an item on April 24th that I really needed, an essential piece for my upcoming vacation.
Today is May 2nd and although my credit card was charged immediately, the order is still "in pre-shipping," since April 25th, they are still waiting for item to then ship!
I made 2 separate orders that April 24th, the other item was delivered over a week ago.
I have been told there is a problem in the shipping department and it is expected to be delivered with no notice during transit. I am furious I feel like I have been stolen from!
