I am completely dismayed by the absolute lack of customer service and the fact that it took two weeks for my purchase to be shipped.
I sent several emails asking about the status and to express my dissatisfaction and felt like I was not taken seriously as a paying customer should be.
I am so unhappy with your company that I will not be buying anything from you again.
