The products have nice materials and are well-made…just need to find an item that fits.
The “retail experience” could use some improvement:
The labels - including the size - are printed in a font so small it is impossible to read without a 10x magnifying glass
The receipts to do not confirm the price paid per item (only a link to the web site)…
When you do a return, they default to the price paid…but your receipt does not record this amount for verification
