clothes are nice, packaged poorly with envelope torn open, I knew it arrived when I found a shirt, rolled up laying in the middle of my driveway, the remaining items were in the package, please use better packaging.
no exchanges is not cool. I had to reorder what I needed and return the other items that I'm still waiting on a refund 10 days later
