In the past, I’ve had excellent experiences with Vuori; both their clothing and customer relations. However, when I first tried on these pants, the drawstring snapped. I emailed Vuori and they said they’d sent a replacement ASAP. Great! Then I received another email, saying they needed more photos, that the request had to go through a claims department (or equivalent), and that I’d hear back in 3-5 business days. Really? $115 pants and you can’t just send me a drawstring? Guess I’m going back to Lululemon.
