Your customer service sent me my tracking number Friday morning, on Monday morning I asked when will it actually be shipped out because when you send a tracking number to customers, we actually track them. They just sent an email Monday afternoon and it’s now been sent. This is terrible customer service when you send customers the tracking number and wait an entire day, over the weekend, and now Monday afternoon, it still shows UPS has not picked it up.
I asked for credit on my priority shipping at $15 or cancel my order. This is terrible customer service.
