I ordered a set --- a green zip up hoodie and sweatpants. The hoodie was sent without letting me know that the sweatpants were sold out. I didn't get a notification until the hoodie had already been sent. I would have cancelled the order if I had known I couldn't get what I ordered. I tried to contact customer service but I kept being handed off by the AI chat bot. It was frustrating carousel of nonsense. When I did get a customer service rep it was just a "sorry sometimes we sell out before the inventory catches up with sales". It is what it is I guess. It was such a bad first impression that I'll just buy elsewhere.
