I like Vuori products, but it is frutstrating returns are not easier. My item was the wrong size and my only return option was through USPS, who's hours are the same as my work hours. I planned to drive to the closest retail store (45 min away) to exchange, and read online that online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in store. Because of this I'm not sure I will order in the future. Items are too expensive for the return process to be so inconvenient.
