I ordered women's tights and received men's pants.
Contacted support. They sent me a return label.
I told them it was for a birthday present and wanted them to send me what I ordered and paid for. They said to return the wrong product and then gave me an option for the product or a refund.
I eventually got what I ordered, but it sure felt like they cared more about getting their product back than about giving actual customer service. After all, it was their mistake.
