I bought a birthday gift for my husband and one of the pair of pants I bought the cut was different and I wanted to exchange them but I couldn’t so I had to return one pair and purchase another pair and I lost my 20% discount and it took over a week for the new pants to arrive. I did not think that’s good customer service. Also, you’re sizing is inconsistent with different cuts of pants.
