I took a chance ordering items for my wife for Christmas. She is tall at 6'2" so it's difficult to get things in the stores for her. As it turns out, what I purchased either didn't fit to her liking. Overall the experience was great other than we ended up returning the couple items that I had ordered. The purchasing and return processes were satisfactory.
