Used PayPal to purchase someone a gift. They returned it, received a gift receipt with a bar code. I ended up bringing the bar code into a store to shop. Nothing was appealing so I asked for a 200.00 credit back, and I was told we can’t pay back PayPal… kinda lame guys. I use PayPal for on line orders and never had an issue getting credited back to PayPal.
