This is hard to rate a two as the issue is with shipping and not with Vuori directly. i"m only ocmmenting because this is not the fist time we've seen issues with delivery involving USPS. Deliveries are routinly delayed and tracking is less then accurate. The products are great, the shipping method, not so much.
