The logistics and shipping process was a nightmare and not as advertised. I ordered a mothers day gift on the website weeks in advance. The site and support agent guaranteed delivery by mothers day. After following up several times when I didnt receive any shipping updates, I was assured by an agent that the order would be received in time for mothers day. The Friday before I was told the order was delayed. Very poor process and communication with not much respect or goodwill for customers.
