My family loves Vuori we enjoy popping into the store but since it has opened the help does not really attend to me once I am greated. I have been asked if I am finding everything or have questions and I usually do - I am usually pointed in or taken to what I am looking for then the employee walks away. The Forum has a lot of foot traffic but today 5/20/25 I went in to exchange an item that we had picked up in the wrong size and make a purchase it was not busy. It's a shame that a store that was locally started and we are proud to support at great expense could not do a bit better in the customer service area.
