Exchanges are not straightforward. Especially with gift cards. You have to first return and then reorder. Ordered shorts initially, returned due to defective side pocket zipper. Returned waited for return to reach, account credited, and then reordered pants of the same size color and style. Now pants are little too loose. Do not have patience to go through the same process again. Customer support was good, but shipping services used are too slow both ways. Especially in Amazon times. Especially if they do not do conventional exchanges.
