Absolutely terrible company. Ninety percent of my order was ruined because they only offered overly tightened, pre-rolled vinyl in the size I needed. They stopped replying to me after two emails in which I explained my issues, but had no problem responding to my bank to dispute a chargeback I filed. I filed a BBB complaint and was told by a representative from VVIVID that they would be willing to refund my order if I sent it back. Once I agreed to that, they ignored me again. Sent 3 emails since then and have yet to receive a reply.
