Very poor service, engineer called and virtually said nothing, left and said would contact insurance about repairs required. Heard nothing for almost 2 weeks then was contacted by Walker and told to call insurance company as claim had been refused. When I contacted Walker for information the person I spoke to was very abrupt and reluctant to give even the slightest piece of information. I felt humiliated talking to this person as though the engineer had a very poor opinion of my property( I have no idea why, my home is very clean and well maintained), on ending the call I immediately called my insurance company and cancelled my policy. I have a very poor opinion of this company and will avoid in future.
