Unhappy with plumber who attended for a water leak coming through ceiling on Wednesday morning he turned boiler off & emptied water leaving my disabled daughter without heating or hot water!!, She had to wait another 2 days before another visit!!! The engineer Paul visit was the completly opposite he telephoned in advance to advise of estimated time of arrival. He identified the sources of leaks in the boiler he then repaired all leaks going even further to make sure leaks was fixed testing with blue roll while I was watching. He then made sure my daughters hot water & heating both working before packing his tools up. He even suggested ways to help drying out water damage in flooring & ceiling to prevent further damage. I moaned at him about the way my daughter was left he apologised on behalf of the engineer & the company which I think is a quality lacking in tradesman these days A very efficient & pleasant young man he's accredit to walker gas and has restored my faith in company from previous engineer. visit
